  1. Choose to smile
  2. Believe that I have purpose

  6. People will hurt your feelings and upset you. Take at least three deep breathes before you say something back to the person that hurt you.

  8. Laugh even if you can’t find something funny

  10. Rest and believe that you can be all that you want to be.
